To improve your vertical jump, follow these exercises:

1. The Big Leap: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your body back into a squatting position, arms bent so elbows point skyward, and push off the ground with all your might. Jump as high as you can. When you land, do another rep and jump again. You should repeat this 12 to 15 times.

2. Calf Raises – Stand on an object that is at least two inches off the ground. Just allow the balls of your feet and toes to rest flat on the surface.
